A new moon ritual with amethyst

Lesson 4 of 18

Amethyst is a lovely crystal for winding down. Keep it somewhere you’ll see it in the evening.

At the new moon, hold it for a minute, take three slow breaths and write one intention for the month.

Share your intention in Intentions if you’d like. We’ll read some out at the circle.
